FOR MANUFACTURERS & BRANDS

Your freight was stolen.
We get it back.

Upload the log of what was taken. Our network of 2,000+ wholesalers nationwide watches for it, and when it surfaces — it always surfaces — we recover the actual units and bring them back to your dock. No police reports. No insurance claims. No remanufacturing, no reshipping. You pay 3% of what we recover. That's it.

01The problem

Cargo theft is compounding.
Recovery hasn't changed in 40 years.

Organized groups are taking full truckloads of finished product — electronics, GPUs, consoles, appliances — and the industry's answer is still a police report that goes nowhere and an insurance claim that pays cents on the dollar, months later, while you remanufacture and reship what you already built once.

You find out too late

Full truckloads vanish through fictitious pickups and strategic theft. By the time the claim is filed, the product has already been broken into pallets and sold into the wholesale channel — weeks before anyone was even looking for it.

Wholesalers don't know either

We come from wholesale. We've watched this from the inside for years: stolen freight lands on the docks of honest wholesalers who have no idea what they just bought. The goods aren't gone — they're sitting in legitimate warehouses, unclaimed.

The old playbook costs you twice

Police report, insurance claim, deductible, premium hike, then remanufacture and reship the whole order — 6 to 12 months of supply-chain drag to replace product that still exists. That entire loop is what we delete.

02How it works

Upload what was stolen.
The network does the rest.

Recovery runs inside the wholesale channel — the same channel the product disappears into. No authorities, no litigation, no adjusters. Your units come back as your units.

01

Report

Upload your theft log — serials, SKUs, lots, quantities — or sync it straight from your WMS/ERP.

06

Return

Your actual units land back on your dock with full custody records. You pay 3% of the recovered value.

DONE

2,000+ wholesalers, one watchlist

No one else has this network because no one else comes from wholesale. Wholesalers work with us because we give them a clean, quiet path to get suspect freight off their docks — instead of eating the loss or a seizure.

Integrated, not a one-time form

FleetGen Recovery plugs into your systems. Theft logs sync automatically, consistently — so the network is watching for your product before it can resurface, not months after.

3%

You pay only on recovery

No retainers, no per-seat fees, no hourly investigators. 3% of the wholesale value of what actually comes back. If nothing comes back, you pay nothing.

03The product

What you'll actually work in.

One portal: what's stolen, what the network is watching, what's been matched, what's on its way back. Below are the four core screens.

The old way

6–12 months
and you never see the product again
  • Police report filed — recovery rate on cargo theft is in the single digits
  • Insurance claim: deductible, months of adjusting, premiums up next renewal
  • Remanufacture the same units you already built, then reship them
  • Your product still ends up sold — someone else keeps the margin

Next: catch it while it's moving.

Recovery gets your product back after a theft. The next release stops the window from opening at all: connect your ELDs, and AI keeps a custody log of your product the whole way.

Add your ELDs

Connect the ELDs already in the trucks that move your freight. Every load carrying your product gets a live custody thread — location, stops, driver identity, route conformity.

AI keeps the log along the way

The AI watches every scan and every mile, flags the anomalies that precede theft — route deviations, unscheduled stops, broken load patterns — and if product does go missing, the watchlist is live before the trailer doors close. Recovery starts at minute one, not month three.

In development — early access for Recovery customers first
07Before you call

The questions manufacturers ask first.

Why can you find product that police and insurers can't?

Because we're standing where the product goes. Stolen freight doesn't disappear — it's sold into the wholesale channel, usually to wholesalers who have no idea it's stolen. We come from wholesale and built a network of 2,000+ wholesalers nationwide who check inbound product against our watchlists. Investigators chase trucks; we watch the destination.

Are authorities involved?

No. Recovery happens commercially, inside the channel. Wholesalers cooperate because we make them whole and clear their docks quietly; you get your units back without police reports, seizures, or a claims process. If you separately choose to involve law enforcement or your insurer, that's your call — our process doesn't require it.

How do you prove the units are mine?

Your theft log is the source of truth: serial ranges, lot codes, carton markings, pallet configurations. A match isn't a match until serials verify against your manifest — you see the evidence in the portal and approve before anything moves.

What does it cost if you don't recover anything?

Nothing. The only fee is 3% of the wholesale value of product actually returned to you. No retainers, no subscriptions, no minimums.

How fast does this work?

Watchlists go live across the network within minutes of upload. Closed cases have run 3–6 weeks from report to product back on the dock, versus 6–12 months on the insurance-and-remanufacture loop — and the sooner your logs are synced, the earlier matches happen.

What happens on our side day to day?

Almost nothing — that's the point. Connect your WMS/ERP once so theft logs sync consistently, then you only hear from us when there's a verified match to approve or product arriving back at your dock.

Ready when you are

Stolen freight isn't gone.
It's just not back yet.

Send us your theft log — even one from last year. If it's in the channel, the network will find it. 3% when it's home, nothing if it isn't.

30 minutes, on your actual theft log · you talk to someone who comes from wholesale, not a script.
